In the small town of Adipur in north west India, Charlie Chaplin is treated as a god. In The Boot Cake, we travel to Adipur for Chaplin’s 116th birthday party. Along the way, we meet some of the ghosts and reincarnations of Charlie Chaplin’s Tramp.

The Boot Cake is a wonderful, mad, poignant story resilience and hope by Australian film maker Kathryn Millard.
